Why do it: To decide whether the contacts present in Google Contacts should be automatically imported as customers within Framework360.
Procedure
1. Log in to the Framework360 control panel.
2. In the side menu, go to the Plugins section.
3. Search for the Google Contacts plugin and click on the settings icon (usually a gear).
4. Within the plugin settings, navigate to the Synchronization tab.
5. Locate the section titled Sync Customers.
6. Within this section, look for the incoming synchronization option named Google Contacts => Framework360.
7. To enable synchronization, toggle on (or check) the switch next to Google Contacts => Framework360. To disable it, make sure it is turned off.
8. Click the Save Changes button to apply the configuration.
