This guide explains how to enable and customize the automatic synchronization of customer data between Framework360 and Google Contacts.
Configuring Customer Synchronization (Webhooks)
Why do it: Setting up webhooks (synchronization) ensures that customer data is consistently updated between Framework360 and Google Contacts.
Procedure
1. Access the Plugin Settings
- Log in to the Framework360 management area.
- Go to the Plugins section and open the settings for the Google Contacts plugin.
2. Open the Synchronization Section
- Navigate to the tab or section named Synchronization or Webhooks.
3. Enable Main Synchronization
- Locate the main synchronization block: Sync customers.
- Activate this option.

4. Configure Import (IN)
- Find the section Google Contacts => Framework360.
- Enable this option if you want to import contacts from Google Contacts into Framework360.
5. Configure Export (OUT)
- Find the section Framework360 => Google Contacts.
- Enable this option if you want to export customers from Framework360 to Google Contacts.
6. Set Export Filters (Framework360 => Google Contacts Section)
- Within the export settings, you can define which customers should be synchronized with Google Contacts:
- Phone Requirement: There may be an option requiring customers to have a valid mobile phone number to be exported.
- Filter by Criterion: Choose whether to filter customers based on Lists (Newsletter lists) or Tags (Customer tags).
- Select the specific Lists or Tags that should be included in the synchronization process.
7. Save Changes
- Click the button to save synchronization settings.
Automatic synchronization will occur periodically (every 15 minutes) to keep data up to date. If you want to force an immediate sync, you might find a Synchronize now button (or similar action) within the plugin settings.
