This guide explains how to define which categories of data (such as Clients or Sales) should be included in the FTP export and synchronization process.
Procedure: Selecting Data to Export
1. Access the FTP Synchronization configuration section.
2. Locate the first section titled Synchronization Status.
3. Within this section, find the field labeled Data to export.
4. Click on the Data to export field to view the list of available data types (e.g., Clients, Sales, etc.).
5. Select the types of data you want to export. Since this is a multi-select field, you can select multiple options at once (usually by holding down the Ctrl or Cmd key while clicking).
> Note: After selecting a data type, a new section will automatically appear below, titled [Data Name] Settings (e.g., Clients Settings), allowing you to configure specific export details for that data.
6. Once your selection is complete, make sure to save the changes to apply the new settings. (The save button is usually located at the bottom of the page).
