Why do it:
This feature allows you to configure the automatic export of data (such as sales or master data) in CSV format to an external FTP server.
Procedure
1. Locate the Synchronization Status section.
2. Under the label Enable synchronization, select the desired option:
- Select Yes to activate synchronization.
- Select No to deactivate synchronization.
Configuration (only if enabled)
If you selected Yes, you need to configure the data to export and the FTP connection.
Setting Data and Frequency
1. Under the label Data to export, select which types of data you want to include in the export (you can select more than one).
2. Use the time selector to define the frequency and start time of the export.

3. When selecting data to export, additional sections will appear (for example, "Settings [Data Name]") where you can specify the File name to use for the export.
Setting up the FTP Connection
1. Scroll down to the FTP Connection Data section.
2. In the settings group, enter your FTP server access details:

3. To verify that the entered data is correct, click on the Test FTP Connection button.
