Why do it:
Defining the export time and frequency is necessary to establish when the system should generate CSV files and start automatic uploading to the configured FTP space.
Procedure:
1. Access the Synchronization configuration section.
2. In the panel titled Synchronization Status, locate the scheduling configuration area (found in the last column on the right).
3. This section has no label but is followed by the description: "This is the export start time. Files will be uploaded to the FTP space as soon as they are ready."
4. Use the interactive configuration tool (visible above the description) to set the desired time and frequency. The tool allows you to define:
- Minute
- Hour
- Day of the month
- Month
- Day of the week
5. Set the desired values. For example, to perform the export every day at 03:00, set Hour to 3 and Minute to 0.
6. Ensure that the Enable synchronization option (in the same section) is set to Yes.
7. Save the settings to activate the schedule.
> Note: The system will start generating and uploading CSV files based on the specified time and frequency.
