Why do it:
This procedure allows you to define the exact name that the CSV file will have once generated and uploaded to the FTP server.
Procedure:
1. Make sure synchronization is enabled by selecting Yes in the Enable synchronization field.
2. In the "Synchronization Status" panel, locate the Data to export field and select the type of data for which you want to configure the file name (for example, Clients or Orders).
3. Once the data type is selected, a new panel titled "Settings [Data Type Name]" will automatically appear.
4. Inside this panel, locate the field labeled File name.
5. Enter the desired name for the file.
- Tip: If you want the export date and time to be automatically added to the file name (for example:
myfilename-2023-10-26-12_00.csv), use the placeholder{date}in the name. - Example: Entering
clientexport{date}.csvwill upload the file with the current date and time.
6. Save the settings to apply the changes.
