To view the list of orders that are in the "Returned to Sender" status, follow these steps:

To monitor orders that have not been delivered to the customer and have been returned to logistics.
Procedure
1. Access the Stato Ordini PVS section in the main navigation menu.
2. Within the submenu, click on Spediti.
3. Click on the Reso al mittente status to view the complete list of orders.
