Why do it: To view and manage all orders that the courier was unable to deliver on the first attempt.
Procedure:
1. Log in to the management panel.
2. In the side navigation menu, click on Stato Ordini PVS.
3. A submenu with different shipping statuses will open. Click on Assente al primo passaggio.
4. The screen will display the complete list of orders in this status.
