Why do it:
To view the list of orders that have been returned to the sender by the courier.
Procedure:
1. Access the main Sales management section (usually called "Billing" or "Sales" in the main menu).
2. In the side menu, click on Order Status PVS.
3. A submenu will open. Click on the Shipped category.
4. Select Returned to sender to view the list of orders that have reached this status.
