How to view orders with status "Absent on first attempt"
Why do it:
The status "Absent on first attempt" identifies orders for which the courier attempted delivery, but the recipient was not present.
Procedure:
1. Access the sales order management section of your system.
2. In the side menu (or in the main menu related to billing/sales), click on Order Status PVS.
3. In the submenu that appears, click on Absent on first attempt.
4. The system will load and display the complete list of orders in this status.
