Why do it:
This module allows synchronization of order statuses and tracking data between the sales system and the PVS logistics system, ensuring that orders are properly managed once handed over to the warehouse.
Procedure
1. Access the system configuration area and navigate to the section dedicated to plugins.
2. Locate the FTP logistica PVS module.
3. To enable or disable the module, find the setting Abilita FTP logistica PVS.
- Select Attivo to enable synchronization.
- Select No to disable synchronization.
4. If you selected Attivo, you need to enter the FTP connection details provided by your logistics partner. Scroll down to the Dati connessione FTP section.
5. Fill in the following fields:
- Host
- Username
- Password
6. After entering the details, click on the Test Connessione FTP button.
7. Wait for the system notification. If the connection is successful, the module is ready for use. If the connection fails, verify that the entered data (Host, Username, Password) are correct.
> Note: The PVS system requires not only a successful FTP connection but also that the folders "directory#IN" and "directory#OUT" are present. The connection test automatically verifies this structure.
