Main features
The "FTP logistics PVS" module operates in the background to ensure that data between your system and PVS are always aligned.
- Preparation status synchronization: The system reads files provided by PVS to update orders to the status of "In preparation" or "Handed over to courier".
- Tracking management: Tracking data are imported to automatically assign more detailed shipping statuses, such as:
- Out for delivery
- Absent on first attempt
- Delivered
- In storage
- Returned to sender
- Returned to warehouse
- Recording tracking codes: The pre-shipping code and carrier information are automatically saved in the sales order.
- Connection test: It is possible to immediately verify whether the entered FTP credentials are correct and if the PVS system has the required folder structure for synchronization.
How to configure
To activate and configure synchronization with PVS, access the module configuration panel.

- Types of synchronization: The system performs three main synchronization cycles:
1. Updating prepared orders.
2. Updating orders picked up by the courier.
3. Updating tracking status.
2. Integration with Sales module
Once activated, the module extends the sales management system by adding new states specific to PVS logistics.
- New order statuses: New statuses (such as "In preparation", "In storage", "Returned to sender") are integrated into the standard list of sales order statuses.
- Dedicated menu item: A new main menu item named "PVS Order Status" is added. This section organizes orders based on new logistic states, allowing you to filter and quickly view all orders currently at a specific shipment stage (e.g., all orders "Out for delivery" or "Returned to warehouse").
3. Integration with GSped (if active)
If the GSped shipping management plugin is active in your system, the FTP logistics PVS module will use it to optimize tracking data collection. In this case, the system will prefer obtaining updated shipment statuses via GSped, ensuring faster and more accurate tracking detail updates.
