This guide explains how to create a new fiscal document (Invoice, Quote, Proforma, etc.) for an order and how to synchronize it with your Fatture in Cloud account.
1. Generate a new document
This procedure applies when no fiscal document has yet been created for the current order.
1. Access the section dedicated to Fatture in Cloud within the order details.
2. In the Subject field, enter the subject you want to assign to the document.
3. In the Document type field, select the type of document to generate (for example, Invoice or Quote).
4. (Optional) In the Notes field, add any predefined notes.
5. Click the Generate document button.
Once completed, you will receive the notification "Documento generato correttamente." and the section will update to show management options.
2. Synchronize or view an existing document
If the document has already been created, you can manage its synchronization and viewing.
1. Access the section dedicated to Fatture in Cloud within the order details.
2. Locate the section labeled Fatture In Cloud.
If the document is not yet on Fatture in Cloud
If the document was created locally but has not yet been sent to the Fatture in Cloud service, you will see the option to generate it:
- Click on the Generate [document type] button (for example, Generate fattura).
The system will synchronize the document with Fatture in Cloud.
If the document is already synchronized
If the document has already been generated and synchronized with Fatture in Cloud, you will see the option to view it:
- Click on the View [document type] button (for example, View fattura).
A new tab will open redirecting you directly to the document on the Fatture in Cloud portal.
3. Delete a document
If you wish to remove the fiscal document from both the order and Fatture in Cloud:
1. In the Fatture in Cloud section, locate the Management area.
2. Click on the Delete [document type] button.
3. Confirm deletion when prompted by the system.
