This procedure allows you to transform an existing fiscal document (such as a Preventivo) into a subsequent type (such as an Invoice or a Proforma).
Procedure
1. Access the detail page of the Order for which the fiscal document was generated.
2. Click on the Fatture in Cloud tab.
3. Scroll down to the section titled Converti [Current Document Name] in (for example, if you are converting a Preventivo, the label will be Converti preventivo in).
4. Under this label, you will find buttons indicating the available document types for conversion. Click on the button corresponding to the desired new type (for example, Fattura or Proforma).
5. The system will start the conversion. Wait for the confirmation message: "Documento aggiornato correttamente."
Once the conversion is complete, the updated document will replace the previous one and will be ready to be sent or synchronized with Fatture in Cloud.
