This guide shows you how to customize the mobile numbers that will receive the SMS notification related to the document.
Procedure
1. Access the section of the document you want to send (for example, within the Order detail page).
2. Click on the Customize email button (or equivalent text, such as "Send Invoice") to open the sending configuration window.
3. In the modal window, locate the section titled Send SMS notification.
4. Make sure the checkbox next to Send SMS notification is selected. If it is not selected, the section below will be hidden.
5. Within this section, find the field labeled SMS Recipients.
6. Click in the field and type the desired mobile number or numbers. If you need to enter multiple recipients, enter each number separately (the system will handle them as tags, using the placeholder Add mobile number).
7. Once you have entered or edited the numbers, click the Send button at the bottom of the modal window to save changes and proceed with sending the document.
