Why do it:
This procedure allows you to stop the automatic sending of review requests to Feedaty every time an order reaches a certain status (for example, "Completed").
Procedure
1. Access the Plugin or Integrations management section of your system.
2. Locate and open the settings for the Feedaty plugin.
3. Within the main settings, look for the option labeled Automatic order synchronization.
4. Open the dropdown menu associated with this option.
5. Select the Disabled entry.
6. Click the save button (usually Save or Apply changes) to make the settings effective.
Automatic order synchronization is now disabled. You can still manually send review requests for individual orders from their respective detail page.
