By setting a specific status, the system will automatically send the Feedaty review request to the customer when an order reaches that status (for example, "Completed").
Procedure
1. Access the Feedaty plugin settings section.
2. Locate the section containing the label Sincronizzazione automatica ordini.
3. Click on the dropdown menu under the label Sincronizzazione automatica ordini.
4. Select the order status that should trigger the sending of the review request (for example, "Shipped" or "Completed").
- Note: If you select the Disabilitata option, automatic sending of review requests will not occur.
5. Click the button to save changes (usually called Salva or Salva modifiche).
