This guide explains how to enter the necessary credentials to connect your system to the Feedaty service.
Why do it:
Entering your Merchant ID and Secret is essential to allow the system to authenticate and start automatically sending review invitation requests to your customers.
Configuration Procedure
1. Access the Plugin or Integrations management section of your control panel.
2. Start the connection procedure for the Feedaty plugin.
3. When prompted, enter the credentials provided by Feedaty in the specific fields:
- In the Merchant ID field, enter your merchant ID.
- In the Secret field, enter the secret key provided.
4. Click the button to proceed and complete the authorization (usually labeled Connect or Authorize).
Once the procedure is completed, the system will verify the credentials and the connection with Feedaty will be active.
