How to configure
Configuration consists of two main steps: initial connection and automation setup.
1. Connection to Feedaty account (OAuth)
This phase establishes the link between your platform and the Feedaty service.

Automatic sending based on status
The system monitors status updates of all orders. When an order changes to the selected status in settings (e.g., "Shipped"), the Feedaty module automatically sends the review request to the customer. This ensures that invitations are sent only when purchase is completed or in an advanced fulfillment stage.
Manual management in order page
Within each order’s detail page (in the "Sales Invoicing" module), a section dedicated to Feedaty is added.
- Invitation status: If the invitation has already been sent, you will see date and time of previous sending.
- Send button: There is a button (e.g., "Send review request") allowing you to force sending the invitation at any time, even if automatic sending is disabled or if you want to resend the request.
> Important: If an invitation has already been sent automatically, the system still allows you to send a new review request, useful in case of specific needs.
