This guide explains how to save custom settings (such as email text and subject) for an invoice template. These settings will be used automatically when the document is sent to the customer.
Procedure to Save the Invoice Template
1. Access Customization:
In the document section, locate and click the button labeled Personalizza email.
A new modal window titled "Prepara informazioni documento" will open.
2. Customize the Email Message:
Fill in the following fields in the left column:
- Messaggio personalizzato: Enter or modify the body of the message that will accompany the invoice.
3. Define Subject and Recipients:
Fill in the following fields in the right column:
- Oggetto: Enter the subject of the email that the customer will receive.
- Destinatari/o email: Verify or modify the recipient's email address.
4. Configure SMS Sending (Optional):
If you want to send an SMS notification, check the box Invia notifica SMS and fill in the subsequent fields:
- Mittente: Select the desired sender for the SMS.
- SMS personalizzato: Enter the text of the SMS message.
5. Save the Template:
Once all customizations are complete, click on the main button at the bottom of the window, labeled Salva template fattura.
The template has been saved and will be used for automatic communications related to this type of document.
