This guide explains how to customize the email message and subject that accompany documents (such as Invoices or Receipts) before sending them to the customer.
Customization Procedure
1. Access the order details page for which you want to send the document.
2. Go to the Fattura24 sidebar panel.
3. Look for the Personalizza email section and click the button below, which will be labeled with text like Invia [Document Name] or Configura [Document Name].
A modal window titled Invia documento will open.
4. Inside the window, customize the following email-related fields:
- Messaggio personalizzato: In this section, you can modify the body of the message that will accompany the attached document.
- Oggetto: Edit the email subject.
- Destinatari/o email: Enter or modify the email addresses to which the document will be sent.
5. Optional: Send SMS notification
If you also want to send an SMS notification, check the Invia notifica SMS box in the panel. Fields for SMS customization will appear:
- Destinatari SMS: Enter the mobile phone numbers.
- Mittente: Select the sender to use for the SMS.
- SMS personalizzato: Write the SMS message text.
6. Once the changes are complete, click the Invia button (or Salva template fattura if you are configuring a template) to proceed with sending the document.
