Change the email subject before sending

This guide explains how to customize the email subject that accompanies the fiscal document (Invoice, Receipt, etc.) before sending it to the customer.


Procedure to Modify the Subject

Follow these steps to access and modify the sending email subject:

1. Access the sending screen:

  • In the document management section, look for the label Personalizza email.
  • Click on the button below (the text may vary, for example: "Invia Fattura" or "Configura Ricevuta").
  • A new modal window titled "Invia documento" will open.

2. Locate the Subject field:

  • Inside the window, look for the section on the right.
  • Find the field labeled Oggetto.

3. Edit the text:

  • Click on the Oggetto field and modify the pre-filled text by entering the desired new subject for the email.

4. Send the document:

  • Once the modification is complete, click the Invia button (usually located at the bottom right of the window) to proceed with sending the document with the new customized subject.
