This guide shows you how to change the document title (for example, "Invoice 123") that appears within the body of the email sent to your client.
Changing the document title in the email (during sending)
Follow these steps to customize the document title before sending it:
1. Access the order page for which you want to send the document.
2. In the section dedicated to Fattura24, locate the label Personalizza email.
3. Click the button located under this label (the button text will be similar to "Invia Fattura" or "Configura Ricevuta"). The modal window titled Invia documento will open.
4. In the left column of the modal window, under the label Messaggio personalizzato, locate the document title. This is the text that appears in bold above the message body.
5. Click directly on the title and edit it by typing the desired new text.
6. After completing the changes, click the Invia button (or Salva template fattura, if you are configuring a template) at the bottom of the modal window to proceed with sending.
