Modify the email message body (during sending)

This guide explains how to customize the content of the email body that accompanies the tax document (Invoice, Receipt, etc.) before sending it to the customer.

The modification is made within the sending preparation window, where an advanced text editor is available.


Step-by-step procedure

1. Access the sending configuration

In the order management panel, inside the Fattura24 module, click the button:

Personalizza email

> Note: If the document has not yet been sent, the button may be labeled as "Configura [Document Name]".

2. Open the sending window

A new window titled Invia documento will open.

3. Locate the message field

Inside this window, find the section labeled:

Messaggio personalizzato

4. Modify the email body

Use the text editor (which appears under the label Messaggio personalizzato) to write or edit the text that will be sent to the customer.

> Tip: The editor supports advanced formatting (bold, italic, lists, etc.).

5. Send the document

After completing the message modification and verifying all other fields (Subject, Recipients, etc.), click the button:

Invia

The document will be sent to the recipient with the newly modified message body.
