This guide explains how to download the tax document (Invoice, Receipt, Proforma, etc.) generated through the integration with Fattura24, directly from the order detail page.
Prerequisite: The document must have been previously generated on Fattura24.
Procedure to Download the Document
1. Access the order detail page for which you want to download the document.
2. Click on the Fattura24 tab.
3. Locate the section marked with the Fattura24 label.
4. If the document has already been generated, you will see a download button. Click the button labeled: Download [Document Type] (for example: Download invoice or Download receipt).
The document will be downloaded to your device in PDF format.
