This guide explains how to configure the automatic sending of an SMS notification when a document is generated and sent automatically (for example, upon receipt of a payment).
Prerequisites: You must be in the Fattura24 plugin settings section, under the tab related to Automatic Email.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Enable automatic email sending
If it is not already active, check the box:
Send email automatically upon payment receipt
2. Enable SMS notification
Scroll down until you find the box titled Send SMS notification. Check the checkbox next to this title.
3. Configure the Sender
In the field under the label Mittente, select the name that will appear as the sender of the SMS (for example, MS Agenzia or FW360).
4. Customize the SMS message
In the text field under the label SMS personalizzato, enter the text you want to send.
- Tip: You can use shortcodes (such as
{cliente-nome}or{order-url}) listed in the table on the side to automatically insert dynamic customer and order data.
5. Save the configuration
Make sure to save the changes made on the settings page.
Once saved, the automatic sending of the SMS notification will be active every time the automatic template is used to send a document.
