Why do it:
This step defines how the list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) will appear on the page for the end user.
Procedure
1. Open the FAQ block settings window (usually by double-clicking the block or clicking on the settings icon).
2. Locate the section dedicated to Display Method.
3. Click on the dropdown menu and select one of the following options:
- Standard: All questions and answers are displayed sequentially and fully open.
- Accordion: Questions are displayed as expandable titles. The user must click on a question to view the answer (accordion mode).
4. If you selected the Accordion option, you can configure additional settings:
- Accordion opening: Defines which element is open by default when the page loads.
- Choose First open to show the answer to the first question immediately visible.
- Choose None to show only the question titles.
- Opening animation: Defines whether expanding the answer should be animated.
- Choose Yes for a gradual opening.
- Choose None for an instant opening.
5. Click the button to save changes (for example, Save or Apply).
