This procedure allows you to use Artificial Intelligence to automatically generate Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) based on a specific text or topic.
Procedure
1. Open the settings of the FAQ block you want to configure (or add a new FAQ block).
2. In the section dedicated to AI generation (available in wizard mode), locate the input fields.
3. In the FAQ Title field, enter the title that will be assigned to the generated FAQ group.
4. In the AI Query field, enter the request (prompt) for the Artificial Intelligence. Clearly describe the topic for which you want to generate FAQs (e.g., "Generate 5 questions and answers about how our cloud hosting service works").
5. Next, configure the display settings:
- Select the Display Method choosing between Standard or Accordion.
6. If you chose the Accordion method, you can define the default opening:
- In Accordion Opening, choose whether to display First open or None.
- In Opening Animation, choose Yes or None.
7. Save the changes to start generating the FAQs.
