This setting defines whether, upon page load, the first item in the FAQ list should be displayed already open or if all items should be initially closed.
Procedure
1. Open the settings of the FAQ block you want to modify.
2. In the settings section, ensure that the Display Method is set to Accordion.
(Note: If it is set to "Standard", the opening option has no effect).
3. Locate the setting labeled Accordion Opening.
4. Select the desired option:
- First open: The first item in the FAQ list will be automatically expanded when the user visits the page.
- None: All items in the FAQ list will be initially closed.
5. Save changes to apply the configuration.
