Why do it:
This procedure allows you to quickly publish an existing content (for example, an article or a product) directly to one of the connected and configured Instagram Accounts.
Sharing Procedure
Follow these steps to share an item on a specific Instagram Account:
1. Access the content list: Navigate to the system section that contains the list of items you want to share (for example, the list of articles, products, etc.).
2. Select the content: Locate in the table the item you want to share on Instagram.
3. Open the sharing menu: In the row corresponding to the content, look for and click the Condividi su button. This will open a submenu with all available destinations.
4. Choose the Instagram Account: In the submenu, scroll down to the Instagram section. Click on the option that corresponds to the desired account. The option will be displayed in this format: Instagram - [Account Name].
5. Confirm: After clicking on the account, the system will process the sharing request.
Expected Result
Once completed, you will receive a confirmation notification:
- Title: Pubblicazione effettuata
- Message: Il contenuto verrà pubblicato entro qualche minuto
Note: Publishing on Instagram happens asynchronously (via a queue) and is not instantaneous. The content will be visible on your Instagram profile after a few minutes.
