  • Quick publishing: Share a new blog article or promotion on multiple Facebook Pages and Instagram Accounts with a single click, without leaving the system.
  • Multimedia content management: Ensures that images, photo galleries, or videos associated with the content are automatically included in the social post.
  • Automation and reliability: If publishing fails due to temporary social platform issues, the system queues the post and automatically retries publishing later.

  • Contextual sharing: Adds a "Share on" button directly in the content management lists (e.g., article list, product list), allowing immediate selection of the social destination.
  • Multi-Account Support: Allows selecting and managing sharing on different connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Accounts.
  • Customizable Message Format: Allows defining a standard template for the post text, automatically including the content description and the link to the original resource.

How to configure

The configuration is divided into two main sections, one for Facebook and one for Instagram.

1. Facebook Configuration

Enabled PagesSelect the Facebook Pages on which content publishing will be allowed. Only the selected pages will appear as sharing options.
Message formatDefine the default text template for posts. You can use the placeholders {share-description} (content description) and {share-link} (content link).
Additional mediaAllows specifying which single image or gallery fields, present in other system modules, should be considered as media to attach to the Facebook post.

2. Instagram Configuration

Automatic integrations

Share button in content

Once the accounts are configured, in every module enabled for sharing (e.g., articles, products, or data sheets), a "Share on" button will appear in the management lists. By clicking this button, the user can immediately choose on which Facebook Page or Instagram Account to publish the selected item.

Publishing queue and automatic retry

The system manages a publishing queue for all content.

  • If sharing succeeds immediately, the content is published.
  • If sharing fails (e.g., due to a temporary error or API limit), the content is queued.

Scheduled automatic operations: The system performs periodic background checks to retry publishing queued content, ensuring posts are completed even in case of initial problems.

Integration with multimedia fields

The module can automatically extract textual content (description and link) and media (images and galleries) from the item being shared. Moreover, thanks to the "Additional media" section in the settings, it is possible to map specific gallery or image fields defined in other modules, ensuring all relevant visual assets are included in the social post.
