This procedure allows you to view the original content of the Facebook post to which the user left a comment, if the conversation was generated from a comment.
Procedure
1. Access the specific conversation that was generated from a comment on Facebook (the conversation type is indicated as "Commento Facebook").
2. Within the conversation screen, locate the panel showing contact details or conversation information.
3. Look for the section titled Post commentato.
4. Under this label, you will find the link (URL) of the original post.
5. Click on the link to open the Facebook post in a new browser tab.
