This guide shows you how to access and interpret the aggregated statistics related to the sending, opening, and clicking of your marketing messages.
Procedure to view aggregated metrics
To view the statistics of a specific marketing communication (such as a Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp message), follow these steps:
1. Access the section listing your campaigns or marketing messages.
2. Locate the message for which you want to view statistics and click on the icon or dedicated button to access the details/statistics screen.
3. You may find the summary of statistics inside a collapsed section (identified by the message title). Click on the icon <i class="fa fa-chevron-up"></i> (or on the link collapse-link) to expand the section.
4. Once expanded, you will immediately see the summary table with aggregated metrics:

| <i class="fa fa-paper-plane fa-2x"></i> | Messages sent | The total number of messages sent. |
| <i class="fa fa-eye fa-2x"></i> | Messages opened | The number of messages that have been opened by recipients. |
| <i class="fa fa-hand-pointer fa-2x"></i> | Messages clicked | The number of recipients who clicked on a link or button within the message. |
5. Below the table, you will find performance rates expressed in percentages and progress bars:
- Delivery rate: Indicates the percentage of messages that were successfully received.
- Open rate: Indicates the percentage of sent messages that were opened.
- Click-through rate on delivery: Indicates the percentage of sent messages that generated a click.
Note: To view details for each individual recipient (send date, open, click, and status), click on the Recipients tab located below the statistics summary.
