View the recipient list of a campaign (tab 'Recipients')
To view the sending details and status of each recipient of a specific campaign, follow these steps.
Procedure
1. Access the Statistics section of your marketing campaign.
2. Locate the campaign you want to analyze (identified by the title <h5>Nome Campagna</h5>).
3. If the campaign details are hidden (if the element is ibox collapsed), click on the title bar or the expand/collapse icon (usually an arrow or a chevron) to display the content (ibox-content).
4. Within the campaign details, locate the tabs section (whatsappstatstabs tabs-container).
5. Click on the Recipients tab.
6. The table containing the complete list of recipients will load, with the following status columns:
- Recipient
- Send date
- Open date
- Click date
- Status (indicating whether the message was Received, Read, Clicked, or Not received).
