Viewing the recipient list of a marketing campaign
This procedure allows you to access the detailed list of recipients of a specific message sent within a marketing campaign, displaying the sending and interaction status for each.
Procedure
1. Locate the marketing message (e.g., a WhatsApp message) whose recipients you want to view.
2. Click on the expansion icon (<i class="fa fa-chevron-up"></i>) or on the message title to open the detailed section.
3. In the expanded section, click on the Recipients tab.
4. The complete list of recipients will be displayed, organized in the following columns:
- Recipient
- Send date
- Open date
- Click date
- Status (Received, Read, Clicked, Not received)
