This guide explains how to view the preview of the subject and content of a marketing message (for example, a WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger message) sent through an automation campaign.
Procedure
1. Access the page containing the Statistics of your marketing or automation campaign.
2. Locate the message block you want to preview (identified by its title, for example <h5>Message Name</h5>).
3. If the block is collapsed, click on the <i class="fa fa-chevron-up"></i> icon (or the expand icon) located in the upper right corner to view details.
4. Inside the expanded block, look for the navigation tabs (nav nav-tabs).
5. Click on the Preview tab.
6. In the Preview section you will be able to see:
- The Subject of the message (corresponding to the internal title of the message).
- The Content of the message.
