Why do it: To include images or PDF documents directly in the message you are sending via Facebook Messenger.
Procedure to Manage Attachments
1. Access the creation or editing screen of your Facebook Messenger message (within the Automations or Marketing section).
2. Locate the left column where the sender settings are present.
3. Look for the Attachments label.
4. Under the Attachments label, click on the file upload area to open the selection window.
5. Select the files you want to attach from your device.
- Format note: Only image files (JPEG, PNG) and PDF documents are supported.
- Limit: You can upload up to 3 attachments per message.
6. Once the files have been uploaded and displayed in the Attachments area, they will be included in the message sent to the recipient.
7. Remember to save changes to the message once finished.
