Sort the Recipients List by Open Date
This procedure allows you to sort the recipients list of a specific message based on the date the message was opened.
Procedure
1. Access the statistics section of the marketing campaign you want to analyze.
2. Locate the block of the message whose recipients you want to view (for example, the WhatsApp message).
3. Within this block, click on the Destinatari tab.
4. In the table showing sending details, click on the Data apertura column header.
5. The list will be sorted by open date. Click again on the Data apertura header to reverse the sorting order (from most recent to least recent, or vice versa).
