This guide explains how to configure the Instagram account from which the system will receive Direct messages, allowing you to manage them directly from the message module.
Procedure
1. Access the settings section of the Messenger e Direct plugin.
2. Locate the box titled Ricezione messaggi.
3. In the box, look for the field labeled Seleziona account Instagram.
4. Click on the dropdown menu and select the Instagram account you want to use to receive Direct messages.
- Note: If no account is available, the option Nessun account instagram will be displayed.
- Attention: The system currently supports only Instagram profiles linked to a Facebook Page and that meet the requirements (as indicated by the note: "Attualmente sono supportati solo i profili con +10.000 followers").
5. After selecting the account, make sure to save the changes made to the plugin settings to apply the configuration.
