This procedure allows you to choose which connected Facebook Page will send the message to the customer via Messenger.
Procedure
1. Access the creation or modification screen of the Send Messenger Message action.
2. Under the title Facebook Messenger Settings, locate the dedicated section.
3. Look for the label Sender.
4. Click on the dropdown menu under the Sender label.
5. Select the desired Facebook Page from the list.
- By selecting the Default option, the system will use the account configured as primary in the plugin settings.
6. After selecting the sender, proceed with filling out the other message fields.
