To configure which Posts from your Facebook Page will trigger an automation (for example, in case of a comment), follow these steps.
Select specific posts for automation triggers
This procedure allows you to define whether the automation should trigger on all Posts of the Page or only on specific content.
Procedure
1. Select the Facebook Page
- In the Select page field, click on the dropdown menu and choose the Facebook Page that contains the posts you want to monitor.
- By selecting the No page option, it will not be possible to proceed with post selection.
2. Select the Posts to monitor
- In the Posts field, click to view the list of recent posts from the selected Page.
- Select one or more specific posts from the list. The automation will trigger only when an interaction (such as a comment) is detected on those posts.
- Note: If you do not select any post, the default setting is Any post from the page, and automation will apply to all content published on the Page.
3. Configure Comment Replies (Optional)
- In the Comment replies section, check the box next to Also accept replies to comments.
- Enabling this option will cause automation to trigger also when a user replies to an existing comment, as well as first-level comments.
4. Save settings
- Once selection is complete, make sure to save the trigger configuration.
