This guide explains how to set up a Marketing Campaign Trigger that activates when a user comments on one or more specific posts on your Facebook Page.
Select one or more specific posts to trigger a comment
Why do this
This setting allows you to limit the automation activation only to comments received on specific posts, rather than on all posts of the Page.
Procedure
1. Select the Facebook Page
- In the Select page field, choose the connected Facebook Page that contains the desired posts.
- Note: If you do not select a page, you will not be able to proceed with selecting posts.
2. Select Specific Posts
- After selecting the page, the Post field will be populated with the latest published posts.
- Click on the Post field and select one or more posts from the list.
- If you do not select any post, the default setting will be Any post of the page, and the trigger will activate for every comment received on the selected Page.
3. Configure Comment Replies (Optional)
- Under the label Risposte ai commenti, you will find a checkbox.
- Check Accetta anche le risposte ai commenti if you want the trigger to activate also when a user replies to an existing comment (and not only when commenting directly on the main post).
4. Save the configuration
- Save the trigger to apply changes. The automation is now active and will engage only on comments of the selected posts.
