This guide will help you configure which Facebook Page and specific posts should be monitored by the automation system.
Selecting a Facebook Page to monitor for automation triggers
Why do this:
This setup is essential to specify the source (Facebook Page) and the content (Posts) that will trigger the automation (for example, in case of a new comment).
Procedure:
1. Locate the Select page field.
2. Click on the dropdown menu and select the Facebook Page you want to monitor.
- Note: The available pages are those you have previously connected to the system. If you don't select anything, the option is No page.
3. In the Post field, click on the menu and select one or more specific posts to monitor.
- If you don't select any post, the system will monitor Any post on the selected page.
- Once you select the page, the system will load recent posts to allow your selection.
4. Under the label Comment replies, find the checkbox Also accept replies to comments.
5. Check this box if you want the automation to activate not only for main comments but also for replies to those comments.
6. Save the trigger configuration to activate monitoring on the selected page and posts.
