This guide shows you how to display or hide the detailed statistics of a marketing campaign (such as WhatsApp or other automations) within the statistics screen.
Procedure
1. Access the statistics screen of the marketing campaign you are analyzing.
2. Locate the section related to the specific campaign, identified by its name (for example, <h5>[Campaign Name]</h5>).
3. Each statistics section is initially collapsed (ibox collapsed).
4. To expand the section and view full data (such as delivery rates, recipients, and message preview), look for the control icon in the top right corner of the campaign title bar.
5. Click on the control element, identified as collapse-link, which contains the icon <i class="fa fa-chevron-up"></i>.
6. The section will expand, showing the statistical content (ibox-content).
7. To collapse the section again and hide the details, click on the same control element once more.
