This setting allows you to choose whether to receive an immediate notification within the system every time a customer sends a message via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct.
Procedure
1. Log in to the system configuration panel.
2. Navigate to the Messenger and Direct plugin settings.
3. Locate the section titled Message Reception.
4. Look for the label Notification Reception.
5. To Enable notifications, check the box next to the option Enable sending notifications upon reception.
6. To Disable notifications, make sure the box next to the option Enable sending notifications upon reception is unchecked.
7. Save the changes made to the configuration.
