This guide shows you how to configure whether you want to receive internal notifications on the platform when new messages arrive via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct.
Procedure
1. Access the settings of the Messenger and Direct plugin.
2. Locate the section titled Message Reception.
3. Find the field Notification Reception.
4. To enable alerts, make sure the checkbox next to Enable sending notifications upon reception is checked.
5. To disable alerts, uncheck the checkbox.
6. Save the changes made to the plugin settings.
