To receive an email notification every time a customer sends a message via Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or comments on posts, you need to enable the specific option in the plugin settings.
Procedure
1. Log in to the control panel and navigate to the Plugins or Integrations section.
2. Open the settings of the Messenger e Direct plugin.
3. Scroll down to the section titled Ricezione messaggi.
4. Locate the field labeled Ricezione email.
5. To enable email sending, check the box next to: Abilita invio email alla ricezione.
6. To disable email sending, make sure the box next to Abilita invio email alla ricezione is unchecked.
7. After making changes, be sure to save the settings to apply them.
