This setting is available when configuring a Marketing Automation trigger based on comments on Facebook posts.
Procedure
1. Access the Marketing Automation that uses the Comment on post trigger (or a similar trigger monitoring Facebook posts).
2. In the trigger configuration window, locate the section labeled Replies to comments.
3. You will find the option described as: Also accept replies to comments.
4. To enable acceptance: Make sure the box next to Also accept replies to comments is checked.
5. To disable acceptance: Make sure the box next to Also accept replies to comments is unchecked.
6. Save the trigger configuration to apply the change.
