This guide explains how to add and configure the second interactive button within your Facebook Messenger message.
Procedure
1. Within the message settings, scroll down to the section titled Include Button.
2. Locate the second configuration area, which manages the second button (button-2).
3. In the Button 2 Title field, enter the text that will appear on the button (e.g., "Visit Site" or "Request Info").
4. In the Button 2 Action field, select the type of action the button should perform:
- Select Link if you want the user to be redirected to an external URL.
- Select Message if you want the user to send a predefined message or trigger another automation.
5. Depending on the selected action, fill in the next field:
- If you chose Link, fill in the Button 2 Link field by entering the full destination URL (e.g.,
https://www.example.com). - If you chose Message, fill in the Button 2 Message field by entering the text of the message that will be automatically sent when clicking the button.
Once configuration is complete, make sure to save changes to the automation.
