Guide: Assigning a Title to the Messenger Message
Assigning a title helps quickly identify the automation or specific message within the marketing system.
Procedure
1. Access the creation or editing screen of your Facebook Messenger message (identified by the title Create Facebook Messenger or Edit Facebook Messenger).
2. Scroll down to the section titled Facebook Messenger Settings.
3. Locate the field labeled Message Title.
4. In the text box below, enter the title you want to assign to the message (the example text displayed is Enter a title).
5. Complete the message configuration and save the automation to apply the title.
